Gymstuff Limited was established in 1990 and has supplied gymnastic equipment to many New Zealand gymnastic clubs, assisting them to acquire the best gymnastic equipment from around the world.

Gymstuff Limited was formed by Mike and Cheryl Ranger when gymnastic clubs in New Zealand recognised the need to have the best gymnastic equipment available worldwide.

 

Mike and Cheryl have had a life-long involvement in gymnastics. They have represented New Zealand at International Competitions and World Championships and have been administrators, coaches and judges at all levels of the sport.

Cheryl has been involved in:

  • Programme Development – Former member of New Zealand Gymnastics General Gym Committee

  • Judging (both Artistic and Rhythmic)

  • Coaching Women's Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnasts from Junior to International Levels

Phil Ranger

Phil Ranger has been appointed General Manager of Gymstuff Limited. Phil has the background to manage the business.  He has had 15 years experience in the financial sector with a strong focus on lending. He has lead successful teams and been involved in launching new departments. He also has experience in the freight industry and gained IATA qualifications.

 

Phil was a competitive gymnast until the age of 16 years and was involved in many sports in his youth. His great love is soccer and he is still active in the game, coaching and playing. Phil will lead the growth of Gymstuff Limited which will give all our customers a great choice of products.

Kerren Ranger

Kerren, Phil’s wife, is the Administrator for Gymstuff Limited. Her meticulous attention to detail is a real asset for Gymstuff. She prepares all the quotes, purchase orders and invoicing.

 

Kerren has a B.A. from Auckland University majoring in German and also has a Diploma of Teaching. Kerren participated in many sports  in her youth including Trampolining, Netball and Karate, in which she attained a black belt
